Both locations offer convenient travel options. The house itself is spacious enough for the largest gatherings of family and friends. We offer 8 bedrooms total. Four bedrooms are on the first floor and four are upstairs three have their own private balconies. The additional three bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are beds to sleep 24 people (16 adults and 4 bunk beds). All of this will be enjoyed in the temperature controlled environment offered by central air conditioning and heating! The property has 35 feet of waterfront and sandy beach. Lake Dewey is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing, and just relaxing in general. The surrounding area is known for its wineries and vineyards as well as its small specialty shops. There is definitely something for everyone at any time of the year! All of us could sit at the table at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped so cooking for a large crowd was easy. The water was warm and the raft was a real treat. Loved having the fire pit for the kids to roast marshmallows. We will definitely be back next year. Lake has a sand bottom with minimal seaweed. The is an Ice cream shop within walking distance. Lions club ten min away to ride dirt bikes.
