3-minute walk to a sugar sand beach on Lake Michigan ( no stairs, just walk onto the beach). This 2-story home features six bedrooms, two baths, a living room with two additional seating areas, a large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house also has a large L-shaped screened porch with eating areas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dining with views of Black River/Marina and the *Big Lake*. The house is fully equipped and sleeps a maximum of 12 people comfortably. Lawn chairs are provided, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand from your feet. Washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable are included. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, bakery, and Marina. Stanley Johnston Park is across the street with a basketball court, picnic tables, swings, etc. NOW taking 2025 Summer reservations. No smoking, dogs are welcome with an additional deposit.

Take a sunset walk along the shore of either North or South Beach at South Haven, or dine at one of the cities’ great restaurants. Within walking distance from our house, you can visit one of eight parks, or 1 of 4 golf courses, go to an auto race at Gingerman Race Track, hike the Kal Haven Trail, or just watch a beautiful sunset from the North Beach. For those so inclined, it is possible to locally rent a bicycle, motor scooter, or golf cart to get a different picture of the city.

4 Equal payments may be made to satisfy the rental amount. + $750 security/damage deposit fee ( which is returned at the end of your visit if there is no damage done to our house and it is left in the same condition you found it) . + $350.00 cleaning fee.
