No less than 10 acclaimed golf courses, day spas, restaurants, live music venues, nature preserves, swimming holes and parks are in our neighborhood. Scenic drives through the Hill Country offer spectacular Spring wildflowers, deer sitings, quaint shops, Texas BBQ, vineyards, wineries and more. Only 20 minutes to downtown Austin, the State Capitol, numerous art galleries and the famous 6th Street party scene.  Rates: Cabin Rates: $149 ? $250 per night + tax. (based on double occupancy) Extra guests: $20 per night Well-mannered pets: $15 - $25 per night (contact us about our pet policy) Rates include continental breakfast & snack basket and a light daily maid service. In the off-season we offer mid-week discounts and weekly rates. Offers vary and are sometimes last minute deals, so best to email for details. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival and must be made via phone (no email or voice mail cancellations accepted.) Otherwise you agree that you are responsible for the entire stay. Cancelled reservations prior to the 14-day deadline will receive a refund of deposit minus a $25 per cabin processing fee. Late cancellations are happily refunded if we are able to rebook your stay.
