The boathouse has space for 2 boats, with swim docks on either side, convenienly located near restaurants,grocery stores, golf courses, boat rentals, and bait shops, this truly is a user friendly lake retreat! The bedrooms each has a new queen sized bed, new linens, and private bath.
A half bath is located off the greatroom, cable TV, telephone, NO Pets! If you bring a pet you will have to leave with no refund on the rent.
Pickwick Lake is an attraction for people throughout much of the year. There are many activities such as swimmimg, picnicking, golfing, camping, boating, fishing or hunting. Whether for the afternoon or for the weekend, Pickwick is an enjoyable place to be. There's boating fun for all size crafts. Attractions are numerous, such as the lock side of the Pickwick Dam to observe boats lock through or find artifacts in the museum there.
Rates Per Night : $400per night / 2 night min. Weekly : $7th night free Holiday weekends are 450/night, 3 night minimum, Sales Tax (9%)
$65.00 Cleaning Fee plus 3 % booking fee applies
A damage deposit and partial or full rent payment is required to reserve property.
