It's the highlight of our year. Deck overlooks lake for peaceful morning cup of coffee and afternoon naps. There is a dock for mooring boats -- we've used it with rented boats several times. The lake itself is perfect for waterskiing and tubing. Large kitchen/dining area where we've had friends and family join for evening fun and parties. 2 really large bedrooms, and 1 smaller one -- all comfortable.
