Fresh, bright and clean as only a new house can be! Built in 2007, our blessing can be yours as well for a long weekend or a week at a time. Our clean and peaceful environment has all the amenities to make your stay as quiet or exciting as you want.
Soak in the cool beauty of the woods while relaxing on the spacious deck overlooking High Rock Lake, the second largest in North Carolina. Enjoy fishing, swimming or boating off the new private dock.
Family friendly, the house is equipped with a portable crib, booster chair, baby gates and child safety locks where needed.
Don't be fooled by the quaint exterior; the inside is surprisingly spacious.
The living room is airy with lots of windows looking out on the lake and open to the eat-in kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master bedroom features a queen four poster bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed. In the 3rd bedroom there are 2 sets of bunks, one with a comfy full futon on the bottom. In additional, there is a full sofa bed in the living room.
Our clean environment is enhanced by our non-smoking and no pets policy.
New private dock on 160 feet of waterfront, large deck overlooking the lake, covered front porch.
Portable crib, child booster seat and portable baby gates.
Satellite TV, 27" TV, DVD player, VCR, Wireless Internet
Central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans.
Dishwasher, Over, Refrigerator, Microwave, washer, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Activities:
The Public Beach and Boat Ramp is 1 mile from the house, a quick and easy place to launch your boat. The High Rock Lake Marina and Campground is just a few miles away.
Other nearby activities include: The Ashboro Zoo, Dan Nichols Park, Reeds Gold Mine, Bob Timberlake Gallery, Richard Childress Winery & Vineyards or Richard Childress Racing Museum in Welcome or North Carolina's Transportation Museum in Spencer. There are miles of hiking trails at Morrow Mountain and the Uwharrie National Forest just east of Albemarle. There is furniture shopping in High Point and full retail shopping in Charlotte, Greensboro and Ashboro.
Nearby enjoy the conveniences of major grocery stores, fast food and other restaurants as well as movie rentals, antiques & shopping.
Rates:
Peak Season (May - September)
$155 per night (2 night minimum - 3 night minimum for holidays)
$930 per week (Fri - Fri or Sun-Sun)
Off-Peak Season (October - April)
$105 per night (2 night minimum)
$670 per week (Fri - Fri or Sun-Sun)
$75 cleaning fee is an additional fee. Linens are included.
Will consider longer term leases.
Half the total rental fees are required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due no later than 2 wks prior to occupancy. Payment is accepted via check, money order, cashiers check or pay-pal. (If paying with Pay-Pal, an additional 3% of the rental fee is required due to the pay-pal fees).
Deposit:
$200 security deposit (fully refunded if no damage)
