Lake Adger is 438 acres and 14 miles of shoreline in the heart of western North Carolina's equestrian towns. Small private communities have been carved throughout this unspoiled 3200 acre mountain landscape. Our Treehouse, so named because it's surrounded by trees giving the feeling that you're as high as the tallest tree. The main level, easily accessed from the parking area with no stairs has a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast / dining area. Adjacent to the dining area is an inviting living area with vaulted ceiling, natural stone fireplace, hardwood floors and breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. On this level is also the master bedroom with a queen size bed, large whirlpool tub and sun room also with views. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and its own adjoining bath. A wooden staircase leads down to the lake and private boat slip for swimming, boating, fishing and socializing. Next to our cabin is a park, on the water, with a screened gazebo and hanging chair to enjoy the evening breezes off the lake. Lake Restrictions: 80hp for Pontoon and 60 hp for other types. No Jet Skis or Skiing.
