Its beautiful tropical climate is due to the islands location being off the North West cost of Africa. Our studio apartment is situated in the exclusive seafront complex of Club Atlantis, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. The apartment has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and has a TV, video, stereo, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. This is a studio apartment with all the comforts of home and the luxury of being on the lovely island of Tenerife with its tropical climate. The apartment's tranquil balcony overlooks the swimming pool and poolside cafe bar. It is perfect for breakfast or lazy nights with a glass of your favorite tipple watching the Tenerife sunset! The apartment is suitable for 2 persons and is available for letting all year round, including Christmas and New Year. Tenerife South Airport is 12 miles away and transfers to Adeje, Puerto Colon & Torviscos can easily be made by taxi directly outside the terminal building for approx 20 euros. The beach and Marina are approximately 50 metres away from the apartment. Many of Tenerife's famous restaurants, bars and shops are all around the apartment and these stretch for miles along the seafront, which is great for evening strolls whilst deciding what type of food/restaurant you fancy that particular night! Everything you could want is within walking distance of the apartment but if you do want to explore Tenerife then the local bus service can take you to Los Christianos, Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz and even Mount Teide. Alternatively, you will not be able to miss the many leaflets in the apartment complex�s reception area and shops advertising a fabulous selection of organized tours around Tenerife. Car hire is also available locally. If you fancy being more active then there are a good selection of water sports available from the Marina and Tenerife has world renowned golf courses, many close to the apartment, in particular in Adeje and Playa de Las Americas. Don't worry if you haven�t finished a book you are reading, just take it with you when you go home.  Activities: Tenerife is one of the largest and most popular Canary Islands. Mount Teide & National Park, Masca, Loro Parque, La Orotava, Pyramids at Guimar, Barranco del Infiero, Lunar Landscape. However if your holiday is more about relaxing, our homely apartment in Club Atlantis is perfect. With a beach 50 metres away or 2 swimming pools to choose from, what more could you want. The many restaurants and bars that stretch along the seafront are superb for lazy lunches and evening alfresco dining!  Rates: Prices are 230 per week or 210 per week for bookings of 3 weeks or more (annual increases apply in March). Christmas & New Year periods are 280 per week. Price is based on 2 persons sharing the apartment and is inclusive of all facilities, welcome pack and cleaning. A deposit of 50 per week is payable to secure your booking with the balance required 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Last minute offers are available.
