Power boats and ski boats are allowed. 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, archery, basketball, miniature golf, horseshoes, playground for small children. Work out gym for adults. Fishing equiptment rentals are at the smaller lake. Sunday services on the ranch. The Pool is open starting on March 1st.  Activities: Community center for adults and children with a big screen T.V. Grill, pool tables and video games. Game and movie rentals that you may bring back to the house. Arts and crafts for the kids with supervision on premises. 18 hole golf course, Free access to the lake for your boat, or jet ski's. Friday and Saturday night fish fry's, Friday night live music at the center and Saturday night bingo. Nearby lakes where you can rent bass boats and pontoon boats. . Shop for Antiques in nearby Mineola or Big Sandy. Many different churches in the area.
