The large flat grounds have plenty of room for a variety of family activities such as picnics or lawn games. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessities including a dishwasher. The adjoining dining room comfortably seats six.
The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed. The lakeside bedroom has sliding glass doors leading onto the deck. The accommodations include a Queen size bed and a TV with Satellite. The romantic fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room which also offers a hide-a-bed and TV/VCR/DVD.
We invite you to stay in our newly remodeled two bedroom house on the shores of Saunders lake.
Spend the day fishing for bass, trout and pan fish on this picturesque lake and then relax in the evenings overlooking the peaceful water from the full length deck of this lovely house. Just across the lake is the world famous Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, where you can explore miles of sand on your ATV.

Please clean up after your stay so we can return your entire cleaning deposit.
A Confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of a 50% deposit plus $100 security deposit. Full payment is due 14 days before check in. Upon receipt of full payment we will email you the code for the door lock. The security/cleaning deposit will be returned within 7 days with a list of deductions, if any. If you need to cancel 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 handling fee. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to your arrival a 50% refund of your deposit will be sent to you. Sorry no refund of your deposit can be made if you cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be with a check or money order. If you have a Paypal account, we can accept electronic payments through paypal using the button below.

Saunders Lake
Saunders lake is a typical dune lake of the Oregon coast. It is 52 acres in size and has a shoreline of 4.1 miles. The maximum depth is 35 feet and average depth is 11 feet. There are numerous fish species in the lake both warm and cold water. Largemouth bass, Smallmouth bass and a variety of pan fish are found along the shoreline. While Rainbow trout and Cutthroat trout cruise the open water.
The lake has a speed limit of 5 miles per hour, which makes it a great lake to paddle around enjoying the scenery.
Three miles north of Saunders Lake are the twin Tenmile Lakes, where you will find world famous bass fishing, water skiing and jet ski fun.
Just across the lake is the world famous Oregon Dunes Recreation Area. Come ride your ATVs on the dunes!!!!!
Rates:
May - October $110 per night Sun through Thursday, $125 per night Friday and Saturday. Or save by the week for only $635.
November - April $85 per night Sun through Thursday, $95 per night Friday and Saturday. Or save by the week for only $475.
Above rates are for 6 people. Extra people are $15 per person per day, up to 8 maximum. .
Pets are welcome at $15 each pet per day
