The historic city of Huntsville is home to Sam Houston State University, the Sam Houston Museum, Huntsville State Park, Texas Prison Museum and many other attractions. Although the golf course at Waterwood will leave you breathless, that's only the tip of the iceberg. Lake Livingston is one of the best fishing lakes in Texas, known for it's fiesty bass and "Texas sized" catfish.
Waterwood National offers four full-size tennis courts for members and resort guests. Our marina is equipped with a boat launch, boat slips for rental, gasoline, snacks and groceries, and fresh bait.
