Take I-45 to Huntsville. Go East on Hwy 190 17.9 miles, turn left on Waterwood Parkway and go 8.1 miles, turn left on Latrobe Drive and go 0.7 miles, turn left on Doral Drive and go 0.6 miles, turn right on Bay Hill Road and go 0.3 miles to Bay Hill Guest House on the right.
The historic city of Huntsville is home to Sam Houston State University, the Sam Houston Museum, Huntsville State Park, Texas Prison Museum and many other attractions. Lake Livingston is one of the best fishing lakes in Texas, known for it's fiesty bass and "Texas sized" catfish.

$290 per night, 2-night minimum on weekends

$220 per night
$200 per night, 3-6 nights

Plus $100 cleaning fee all bookings

"In mid-April of 2010 I rented the lakehouse for a couple days for a High School Golf Tournament. The party included 2 adults, 5 teens and 2 pre-teens.The experience was awesome! The house easily sleeps 12 and we never felt cramped at all. We truly felt like we were in someone's home even though the owners live next door! We had access to fishing poles( my 2 kids caught 25 catfish in 2 days!) , a canoe, a rope swing off the pier,even a badminton set! The house features beautiful views of the lake and a million stars at night! Great hospitality from the owners and the golf team has a great incentive to advance to Regionals next year!"
Apr 26, 2010 - Chuck Grawe "My family rented this house for 3 days over Christmas in 2010. From the moment you open the door you cannot believe that the pictures do not truly show you how beautiful this home is. We had 19 people there one night and we all had a bed because there is a fold out couch and one bed with a pull out bed under it. I took a bath twice a day because it was so relaxing. We caught some fish, took our boat out, & when on nature walks with all the kids! We got good pics, especially of Santa's gifts in front of the lite fireplace and xmas tree that was there for us. There are several refrigerators, room to park 6 cars in the garage and driveway, a sandbox for the kids, a kitchen with almost all of your cooking needs (bring saute pan & measure cups), soap and shampoo, towels, coffee maker, trash bags, two ovens... You could literally come empty handed and be alright (bring food and toothpaste). It was prepared like a nice hotel with rolled up towels and little soaps. Renting it again soon!! "
Jan 05, 2011 - Katrina "We rented the house Feb 2011 for my son's 5th birthday. It was also a time for all my brothers and sisters to come together. Everything was perfect. We stayed at the house the entire time. Never got bored. The house was very nice and made us feel at home. Mr. Palmer was very considerate and checked on us periodically to see if we needed any assitance. We will go back and you should too. It is one of the best on Lake Livingston. "
