On the main level is a cozy bedroom with queen size bed, living room, the open plan kitchen has granite tops and stainless appliances including a dual fuel gas cooktop with electric convection oven. There are 2 eight foot sliders looking out onto the lake and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. There is also a slate walk-in shower on the main floor. Upstairs is an 20 x 28 open space with a full bath upstairs, washer and dryer. There is also a door leading to a wonderful roof deck with hammock.

(great ice cream) 1.5 miles to hardware store and convenience store with the best cuts of meats anywhere. 5 miles to major Hanaford grocery store. 20 minutes to Concord. 40 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee and the Seacoast. and hour to the White Mountains. 3 state parks nearby. You feel you are away from it all yet close to everything you need.

"Fantastic house! Very comfy, great features, obviously lots of updates done recently. Loved having the use of boats also. Lots to do within an easy drive. Glad we were able to bring our dog, as he's part of the family too, and he had just as much fun as the rest of us! Beach was very clean, although the water area was only cleared out to about waist-deep on an 11 year old before it became very weedy. Area was very peaceful and relaxing, quiet lake (we assume lots of weekend homes, as we heard neighbors on Sunday, then not again until Thursday late afternoon). Definitely a "home away from home" that we'd love to come back to! Thanks for having us!"

"We stayed here for (2) nights and the place was amazing!! The house, decks and waterfront were just what we were looking for. I also loved laying in the hammock, it made for a very relaxing get away!!"

"We stayed for an extended weekend last year in Sept. When we saw the price we thought it was too good to be true. To our plesant surprise, this house far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautififul home and fully equiped with all the entertainment from boats, to movies, to the firepit. The house was charming and full of antiques (it is located on antique alley after all). What was NOT mentioned in this ad however, is the breafast gazebo and hammock just feet from the lakeshore. We went to Johnsons Restaurant for and haven't been able to stop thinking about their fantastic ice cream. Also stoped by the "hardware" store and found an incredible meat counter which sold 1/4 slab bacon, assortments of cheese and strip steak for crazy affordable prices. We highly recommend this place. We're saving for another weekend here. Maybe this time just the two of us for our honeymoon... "
