No pets, due to severe allergies of owners. 50% of rental fee due at booking to confirm reservation. Remaining rental amount along with $500 refundable damage deposit and $250 non-refundable cleaning fee due 45 days in advance of stay.

Close to restaurants, shops, and golf in downtown North Webster, and 10 minutes from Syracuse. short drive to Goshen, Shipshewana, Elkhart and Nappanee.
Lake Webster is an all-sports lake where you can enjoy all boating activities, including paddleboards, kayaks, tubing and skiing during daylight hours. It's also an incredible fishing lake where your catch of the day might include Muskie, Bass, Panfish, and Northern Pike.
Weekly Rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day are from Saturday to Saturday (7 days, 6 nights). Check-In at 4 pm, Check Out at 11 am.
Off-season (from January 1 - May 2, and September 7 - December 2025, rental is available for
2025 rates:
$2,550/week from May 3 through May 24 and Aug. 16 through Aug 30
$3,250/week from May 24 -August 16 and August 30 - September 6 (Extra $300 for Memorial Day and Labor Day weeks)
$2,000/week from September 6-27
Rentals available for 3-night minimum stay from September 27 - May 1, 2026, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Contact us for pricing.
