This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, townhouse is located in The Towns community of Barefoot Golf Resort. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community while enjoying all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 10 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 full futon in the 4th loft bedroom.
This townhome offers a spacious layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The ground level features a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfortable living room, and a 1/2 bath for added convenience. The screened in patio area off the living room offers wonderful views of the driving range. The 2nd floor features the spacious master bedroom with attached private bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom and laundry room with full size washer & dryer. The 3rd floor loft bedroom features a queen sleeper sofa and full sized futon. Each bedroom as well as the living room features flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi & free parking are included.
Please note that the garage is not accessible to renters and is locked for owner usage only!
The Towns community has access to the North Tower pool area which is just under a mile from this townhouse. The North Tower offers a huge outdoor pool and a covered hot tub and overlooks the marina and intercoastal waterway.
Barefoot Golf Resort is located right behind Barefoot Landing which has tons of shops and restaurants including Greg Norman's Australian Grill and Umberto's, and entertainment venues include the Alabama Theater and House of Blues. During the summer months, you can enjoy fireworks over the waterway right from the balcony. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented (seasonally) from the lifeguards stationed on the beach. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront.
Barefoot Resort also has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse. Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Nice condo
Overall our stay in The Towns condo was very nice. The description of the condo was very accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. Our only negative is there was no instructions on how to use the shuttle or where to park for the pool. We had to call multiple times and even though we were eventually given a shuttle route with times, we never once saw the shuttle come so we ended up just driving to the beach. It’s about 1.7 miles away and finding parking was easy but it is pay to park ($4/hr). The pool is very nice as big but only is 3-4ft deep. Overall we had a very nice stay and would consider staying again in the future but wouldn’t count on the shuttle taking you to the beach. "
