Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies: - 8 bath towels - 4 long hand towels - 6 wash clothes - 1 kitchen hand towel - 1 kitchen washcloth - 2 soap bars per bathroom - 1 dishwasher detergent - 1 paper towel - 1 toilet paper per bathroom - 1 trash bag per trash can A departure clean is included in your stay. There are laundry facilities on-site in each building. * All guests staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to every amenity (when open). * The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) shall open at the end of March. * The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round. * The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.) A parking fee of $20 per vehicle will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by . Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 10-19 Fall: Sept. 30- Oct. 4) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer and an additional $20 per bike.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.


A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show."  In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation.  In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HURRICANES, CANCELLED FLIGHTS, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS. Visitor Reviews (3) Write a Review! "Myrtle beach 2024 Unfortunately we checked in on Saturday and checked out on Monday morning. Debby (tropical storm)was moving in a we made the decision to leave. Our biggest reason to visit is our grandson lives there but unfortunately he came down with covid. Very up set about everything, the news was reporting the Governor had declared MB a state of emergency. When I messaged Justin to let him know we were leaving he did not offer any ideas, I asked him if we could possibly get credit for the rest of the stay (to use at another time) he stopped responding to me. So with that being said probably will not stay here again. The unit was very nice, cleaners do not clean very well, found old pizza in the microwave. The tv was not working and jason was quick to get to our unit along with an electrician. One whole was completely out, after a few hours they had it figured out. The best view you could ask for of the ocean. We cone every year because as I said my grandson lives there, will I stay here, no!" The pool is right in front of the room so it can get a bit noisy at times but it was fun people watching and the noise did not bother us at all. The room is plenty big enough for two. Not sure I would try to stuff a family in there but it could work if you had to. The kithchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and eat food. There is no dishwasher even tho they left a bunch of dishwasher pods. The elevator is slow but the condo is on the second floor so the stairs are an easy option. We would definitely stay here again."
