| Description |
Enjoy a quick walk to the pool or the beach from this ground floor ocean view condo. The spacious living room has a charming beachy theme and the large dining room table comfortably seats 6. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a drip coffee pot and a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the private ensuite bath has a walk in shower. There is a king in the second bedroom and in the smaller third bedroom we like to call the “Crow’s Nest,” there are two bunk bed style twin beds. The second bathroom in this condo also has a walk in shower.
Please note, the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at !
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

"Great spot for families
We had a wonderful time here. We had multiple families renting separate condos which allowed us to enjoy each other while maintaining space. We had three kids and three adults in this unit and it was perfect! It’s a well maintained unit. If I had to pick one issue it would be the blinds, they kept falling down every time someone touched them. "

"Colony Reef Review
This was the second year we stayed at Colony
Reef and we again had a fantastic time. The location is great the staff is fantastic. Even had the overnight officer knock on our door to let us know our interior light was on in our car. My family and I truly have enjoyed our experiences here. However when we went to book again the same two rooms we have stayed in are approx $1400.00 more each. We found that to be very disheartening. We wanted to come back yr after yr like so many of the wonderful families that we have met there. But that big of a price hike seems very excessive. And we as a family are having to re think whether or not to come back. That makes me sad. "

"Family and Friends Vacation
My family and friends have been coming to Colony Reef Club for years and have rented several condos each year. My wife and I have stayed in condo 3103 for several years. It has always been clean and all furniture and appliances are all in good condition and updated. Colony Reef is a great location for families with children. The management staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. They have always promptly handled any problem our group has had. I would highly recommend Colony Reef. "

"A Rental that Feels like “Home!”
Being from a wintery State, with retirement, we now like to head to Florida for a couple months each winter. However, the old adage of - “There’s no place like Home” is often the truth. We have experienced that feeling for the previous 6 years we have rented, until this year. This Condo not only is well appointed, but you can feel the thought and love the owners have put into it, with the comfort of their guest, most in mind. As soon as I walked in, I got an immediate feeling of “home.” It is also our second year of renting from Colony Reef, and I can’t say enough words as to how well managed and maintained it is. The grounds are immaculate and everything was spotlessly clean, which with Covid was a very main concern of ours this year. They are extremely prompt in addressing any issues or services you may need. The complex has great amenities and is in a great location with easy access to the local restaurants and attractions. We already look forward to our next winter here. "

"Unit 3103 Review
The unit was clean and updated as the pictures showed. We were happy with the space and the location on the property. Check in & out was very easy and everyone we met was helpful. I do have some recommendations- more towels, we had 8 people and were only given 6 towels. Also, more forks/spoons are needed. But overall we would rent this unit again!"

"Awesome Get Away

We had a fabulous time this Thanksgiving at the Condo. We met some new people. We loved sitting around on the porch and relaxing. The Condo was in great condition and was plenty big enough for us for meals and gatherings. We will definitely look forward to staying again in the future. "

"October stay
Condo was very nice and clean and the kitchen was very well equipped! We had a great stay and are thinking of coming back during spring break. The only thing that could be better is that this condo did not have a view of anything but some trees and bushes, otherwise it was great!"

Very clean and nicely updated unit. Furniture is all very nice. Beds are comfortable. Appliances in kitchen were all brand new and very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need! Washer and dryer were full size, not stacked, which was nice. Love that its a ground floor."

"Newly updated, nice unit
The owners have made this a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. The thoughtfulness of providing board games and puzzles was a hit with our family. The furniture was very comfortable and the accommodations fit our family well. The kids loved the 4 bunk beds. One negative, we could have used more than 6 bath towels for 7 people."

Love the condo. It is clean and the grounds are nice. The light/fan in one of the bedrooms came on in the middle of the night a couple of nights which woke us up. We think someone staying in a condo next to us had the same frequency for their fan or light. Also, the smallest bedroom is very cold at night with the air conditioning blasting. "

"Relaxing getaway
An interior lawn and inground pool that give the illusion of a secluded paradise even though your close to everything. The short walk down the private boardwalk to the beach over the life filled sand dunes made each trip to the beach a unique experience. Overall the perfect place to relax and getaway."

"If you want the perfect place....
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Colony Reef Club. Everything was perfect. Just a few steps to the outside pool as well as the beautiful beach and ocean.
The staff was so helpful and made us feel as if we
we were old friends.
The property is very well taken care of. Everyone takes pride in what they do.
We would definitely recommend the Colony Reef for a restful get away.
We hope come to The Colony Reef Club, You'll love it. By the way.....the restaurants are great too. Just ask the girls in the office, they'll let
