This 940 square foot property has an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a partial ocean and swimming pool view. Free Wifi
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and flat screen television. The second guest room offers one full size and one twin bed and plenty of space provided for your belongings. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of guests.
Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.
There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Pets Not Allowed
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Dirty
I checked into a dirty unit. The floors were filthy. There trash under my kids beds. There was a finger nail in my son’s bed means sheets weren’t changed. There was a finger nail and popcorn under a chair. Thankfully kids didn't get it as we had crawling kids in our unit. I called and spoke to a lady and she was going to call me back and never heard back from her. Emailed again durning the stay and never heard back. This was our 2nd time staying at this location and I already looked for new places in Johns pass for our next visit. "

"Fun in the beach
We were very happy with our condo at Madeira Norte. We loved sitting on the balcony. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked. The bed in the master was comfortable, but the beds in the spare room were too soft. Overall, it was an amazing vacation."

We have enjoyed staying at Madeira Norte - 208 for a number of years now and always find it to be so relaxing and comfortable. The unit is clean, well stocked and well maintained. The owners provide excellent customer service and always ensure that the unit is in excellent condition for renters. The location is excellent - close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. "

"The Access to the Gulf is Everything!
As long as Madeira Norte remains on the Gulf, it will always be an awesome location for a "Florida Beach" vacation. Access to John's pass just across the street means you don't need to drive to get to the fun stuff in the area. My ninth year at Madeira, always great. Lack of 2nd car guest parking onsite is a bit of a rub, newly restricted this year."

"Madeira Norte #208
This is my 2nd time renting this condo. I have also reserved again for next year already. It has a good view from the side of the patio of the water and the property is just a quick walk out to the beach. Its very nice to have Johns Pass directly across the street. I would highly recommend this property and condo."

"Total Relaxation
Everything we could need (food, sand, sun, Lion’s game on the big screen), all within a short walking distance. Driving was completely optional and so, we just chilled out for 7 days! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! "

Our vacation was wonderful. Excellent spot right across the street from Johns Pass. Very clean beach. Condo was nice but a bit dark. Construction on the outside of building was very noisy but did not interfere with our stay. Highly recommend."

We arrived and found that the furniture was beyond worn and the curtains were dark and old and very outdated. Batteries in the tv remotes were not there and we had to have someone come up and take care of that issue as well as getting the tvs to work correctly. We have rented condos before and they have been fully stocked. This condo had the bare minimum. "
