When we finally got a response from the manager after notifying him about these things, we were told that a new washer would be delivered (5 days into our trip). So one of our vacation afternoons was spent waiting for the delivery. The concerns about the cleanliness were basically ignored. For the price we paid, and our trip being a week long, we think we should have been told beforehand about the washer and the construction." Although we’ve been to Kihei 8 times before, this was our first time at this condo. We chose it because we wanted something where we could walk out to the water directly from the unit, and this was perfect. Also able to have morning coffee on the patio, great. This unit was in excellent condition, newly/nicely renovated. Had both a bathroom with a bath and one with a full walk-in shower. 2 BRs, plenty of drawers & closet space. Only issue with the BRs is that the WiFi only barely reaches back there. In front is spacious living room, nice kitchen, and a wonderful corner work area for my notebook. That’s where the WiFi is, so it is plenty strong there and even out on the patio where I often worked. Grounds are amazing. Gardeners & maintenance folks out every single day.
