Wailea Elua Village is a premier vacation property located directly on Ulua beach in Wailea and features 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views in a low-rise village atmosphere. Located in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua sits on the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course just above (mauka) the Elua resort and the Shops at Wailea. Special rates are available for Elua Village Guests at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities. Hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance. Wailea Elua Village features two large swimming pools, one overlooking the beach with barbecue facilities for entertaining, a whirlpool spa, paddle tennis/pickleball court. Picturesque Ulua Beach is just steps away and is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing. The location was perfect, quiet ocean front at the south end of Elua development. Easy access to the beach, walking trail and parking. Truly is quiet and secluded but still Ocean Front. The grounds are immaculate making you feel you have lots of space between neighbors. The unit was nice, perfect for 4 adults. Early mornings were wonderful on the wrap around deck. Sunsets were magical with private access to a sitting area overlooking the ocean. The rooms were comfortable and most of all clean. No complaints at all. Sunny, Bob and Daniel from Wailea Rentals were delightful and we will definitely rent direct with them again in the future to reduce fees tacked on by other platforms. Unit was well stocked and the "Welcome Basket" kept our munchies at bay for the entire period. Thank You." It was far enough away from the main path to provide total privacy and quiet, yet it was truly oceanfront with incomparable views. Another plus is that the complex was not overrun with people and the buildings were far enough away from each other to provide a lot of privacy. This was our first time at Wailea Elua and we would definitely choose this complex again for all that it offers. The location of Wailea Elua in Wailea was fabulous. We were within easy walking distance of the shops and the hotels to take advantage of all those locations have to offer - to say nothing of our proximity to the beach! The Property Manager was very friendly and helpful. I had several questions before we even left for the trip and they were patient at the several phone calls I made to them. Once there, we had a minor problem at the unit that they took care of immediately. We would not hesitate to return to #1904 or recommend it to friends and family." The property has an area with lounges and shade cover only accessible with a code - great sand free spot to sun bath and watch the sunset. Then there is a beautiful beach right in front. The property location is perfect - shops and restaurants within walking distance and a walk way that runs down the beach in both directions. Highly recommend Wailea Elua and booking with Wailea Rentals, it was a great experience and we look forward to returning." The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, the amenities-right down to coolers and chairs for the beach-were perfect! I am pretty picky with my family and expected them to keep the unit clean and they did, however we had a maid come in one day as part of our stay and she did a wonderful job-even bringing in additional beach towels. Elua Village has so much to offer. An exclusive private area available to the Elua residents/guests to enjoy the stunning sunsets. Perfect access to the beach, a gated and stunning pool area looking over the beach. The pool area is a wonderful reprieve if you've had enough sun and wind on the beach. The full kitchen and grills-while secluded enough to feel like home makes you start working on your calendar to figure out the next time you can get back here. We didn't want to leave-my family is still talking about it. Again, we've been to Elua many times. This experience was the best we've ever had. I can only say Thank you so much!
