CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Beautiful Ocean View
Great condo with a lanai that has an unobstructed view of the ocean across the street. The little beach on the other side of the road also has a taco stand most days and a Farmer's Market on Friday-Sunday. We spent most evenings watching the sun set from the lanai. There is a bit of noise from the traffic but the condo complex itself is very quiet. The pool and hot tub are nice and were rarely occupied. The beds are super comfortable. This place is truly a gem. There are multiple beaches within walking distance. It is a short drive to the center of Kona although you can also take the hourly shuttle (or Uber) if you don't want to deal with parking. The condo was clean and well maintained. We did not have any issues with bugs "

"Great location with a view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a spacious unit for 4 adults and had all the necessities like beach towels, spices, full kitchen of dishes and pans. It was close enough to all the shops of Kona but far enough away from the congestion. We bought fresh fruit from the weekend farmers market just across the street. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"Fantastic Condo
Had a great stay in this wonderful condo. It was much better than we thought it would be. The kitchen is very well equipped & has anything & everything you could want. Comfortable bedrooms & nice bathrooms/showers. The highlight of the condo is the huge lanai overlooking the pool with a fantastic view of the ocean. Great for morning coffee & meals."

We had a wonderful stay in unit 103 of the Holualoa Bay Villas. The location and the property were both beautiful. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. The updated bathrooms in particular were very nice. Most importantly, the place was very clean. And the view...absolutely amazing! Holualoa Bay Villas is definitely a property we would love to stay at again! "

We loved the location of the condo as well as the pool and other fun amenities. The place was well stocked with towels, beach toys, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the ocean from the lanai was amazing and so relaxing. We appreciated the air conditioning and comfortable living space as well as the cozy beds. The rental manager met us on arrival, checked in with us during our stay, and even brought us a welcome gift!"
