Only a few steps to the pool and was an easy walk to the beach with our girls (8, 5, and 4). I little bit of a walk to restaurants but our girls did fine. The house had plenty of towels, and everything in the kitchen you would need. I did buy paper plates to make life easier for the week. And brought my kids plastic milk cups which I’m glad I did. It would be nice if the house came with at least a couple beach towels. We have to fly to Florida so it’s not super convenient to bring big towels in a suitcase. And one note- we were not able to check in until 5pm. They told us that in advance, but that is very late. We felt a little cheated on our money to have to pay for a whole day and not get to check in until 5pm/ then check out by 10am. Overall great house and will be back again. Third floor had a bedroom and large bonus room with tiered seating that could double as several twin beds. The house is well thought out and works well for a big group. We also loved the long bench that spans the kitchen through the living room. Lots of space to sit and store things all along it. Overall would definitely stay here again!"
