Next to the dining area is a cozy glassed-in Carolina Room with a large sofa and comfortable chair. This is a perfect spot to take in the beautiful views that abound from this villa! The living area has plenty of seating for everyone in the family! Access your private deck from the living room. The deck offers wonderful views of the Calibogue Sound as well as a gas grill for cooking the perfect dinner!
The on-site pool is open for the 2024 Season and swimming is allowed from 8:00 until SUNSET. The restrooms located inside the pool facility will remain closed. Please use the portable restrooms located just outside the the pool fenced in area. The pool will close for season on September 30th, 2024 and will reopen in Spring of 2025.
NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.
• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site. • Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times. • Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. • Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours. • For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. The Vacation Company is not the policy provider. • Cancellation due to Orders, Ordinances, Laws, Rules or Regulations Restricting or Prohibiting Rentals. Reservations are subject to cancellation on the basis of any order, ordinance, law, rule or regulation restricting or prohibiting short-term rentals and which is or has been issued by any governmental entity, including orders of the Governor of the State of South Carolina and/or ordinances adopted by The Town of Hilton Head Island.
