Introducing Relaxation Station SP105; a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes. The 2nd level has an open concept living, dining, kitchen, half bath and covered balcony. On the 3rd level there is a guest room with a queen bed and the primary bedroom with a king bed and a twin over queen bunk bed. In the living room there is a convertible sofa bed. There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool. Guests are also allowed to use the garage. Sorry, no pets allowed. Unit next door is also for rent. Rent both so two families can vacation together but have their own space. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances).
