The home is a magnificent 7-bedroom property, comprised of three separate units, located directly on the sand in Carlsbad, California. This stunning house boasts breathtaking ocean views that can be enjoyed from the expansive living areas, the private balconies, and from nearly every room on the property. The interior of the home is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings and modern amenities and is truly the perfect location to make memories with friends and loved ones alike, that will surely last a lifetime.

The main level of the home, also referred to as Unit A, features an open-concept living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline, to Dana Point and beyond. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining and features everything you need to create delicious meals to be shared with friends and family. Unit A features four well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There are three king beds and one queen in this unit. Just outside the door that accesses the rear yard space, on the North side of the home, you will also find a barbeque ready for all your grilling endeavors.

Unit B can be found on the home’s lower North side and features those same spectacular views that the upper level of the home affords. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, as well as one full bathroom. There is another fully stocked kitchen as well as a wonderful patio space, complete with a large, outdoor sectional couch and barbeque.

Unit C can be found on the home’s lower South side and has wonderful ocean views from all West facing rooms. There is one bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and yet another fully stocked kitchen awaiting you. A barbecue and cute café table sits just outside the unit’s front door and would surely be the perfect private location to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or possibly a glass of wine to unwind in the evening.

Separating the home from the beach is a spacious, tiered, shared yard for all three units to enjoy. Relax and layout on the chaise lounges on the upper lawn area, cozy up around the firepit, or perhaps enjoy an al fresco meal at either of the two large dining tables on the lower area. All of this within a few steps of planting your toes in the sand and enjoying a wonderful day on the beach. The home comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards so all you need to bring is your swimsuit!

- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
