These beautiful units are aptly named Home Away From Home units 1 and 2!
This is a 2 floor rental with 2 units that are rented together. Both are 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Perfect for a vacation getaway for a large family! Both units feature the comforts of home and have full sized kitchens and living spaces. Less than a block from the beach and having a beach access point right down the road this location cannot be beat!
There is one queen size bed in one bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, a queen and 2 twin beds in the third and in the fourth there is 2 full size beds!
Home Away From Home 1 (The ground level) has a front porch AND a convenient side porch for lounging and enjoying the beautiful beach weather. It has a full sized kitchen, (no dishwasher) and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the smart television and the free WiFi!
Home Away From Home 2 (The top level) has a full sized kitchen and living room. It also has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher to make your vacation that much easier! This unit also features smart tv's so you have access to your favorite streaming services as well as free WiFi!

We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
This unit has 2 driveways on either side of the building that can each fit one car. There is 1 space available for additional parking in the dirt parking area beside the pink cottage.
No trailers permitted at this property.
The downstairs unit does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer, but the upstairs does!
This unit uses Smart TV's.
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE BEDDING, DISHWARE, OR ITEMS FROM THE ORIGINAL UNITS.
(Property Management) is a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Pets Not Allowed
If your must cancel, your reservation deposit will be refunded, less $250.00, ONLY if the same unit is re-rented for an equal number of days and the same dollar amount as your original reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, all payments will be forfeited.
Travel insurance is offered at an additional 6.95% of your rental rate. Guests have the option to purchase CSA travel insurance Guest Protection Plan.
With travel insurance, if the guest needs to cancel their reservation due to a true emergency which would keep one from traveling which includes but is not limited to an accident, death in the family, or loss of job (See CSA for full protection plan).

Rental was very cute and perfect for our group. For the hefty cleaning fee I expected it to be clean. There was sand and trash under furniture and candy wrappers stuffed in the sofa."

"July 2022 Vacation
This property was in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. We had a issue with the key pad lock on the downstairs unit plus keys and neither would work. We called the after hours number and it took 2 hours for someone to respond to the call. The person answering the after hours phone was not reassuring at all. The unit needs more electrical outlets both upstairs and down. We frequently saw cockroaches. The downstairs refrigeration had an icemaker that was not connected to a water line. There was only a bar to eat on with uncomfortable bar stools with no backs in the downstairs unit which made it awkward with the older adults in our group. The upstairs did have a kitchen table. Not sure I would stay here again. As I stated in the beginning it was very convenient to the beach. "

"Great location is the best part of this place
Pics on web are deceiving. Place needs updating. Kitchen cabinets falling apart and dirty inside. Dishwasher leaked. Rain came in some of windows. Carpet is gross. Dishes mostly on 2nd level. Not enough variety of dishes. Great location though. "
