All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS
We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.
** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Pets Not Allowed
In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less an administration fee of $100.00 if the Premises are re-rented on terms set forth herein. If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.

"Our stay at Dunescape Villas
Everything was great, except that we had a unit right next to the hall fire door, which, every time it slammed, could be heard in the unit. The staff at C & G were very responsive and helpful"

We loved this rental and would definitely stay again. The location allows easy access to the beach and pool. Pride of ownership was evident. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated. The unit is well stocked with items that are seldom provided in other rentals."

"Total Mess Up
We arrived at the location to find the keys in our packet was from a total different room than what was rented. It took us over an hour to locate the room given with a total different key number. We did not have ocean view as paid for and the room had many dead bugs through out the facility."

"Nice condo on the beach.
We stayed there in July 2021. Great convenient location on the beach. The unit is fully loaded with all kinds of tools, and kitchen supplies. The building is well maintained overall. The 2.5 bathrooms were nice and functional, but a remodeling to update them would be nice. Perfect size condo for 5 people. The property management company (Cannon & Gruber) was very professional and responsive e.g. there was no toaster in the unit and they supplied a new one in less than 24 hrs."

Beautiful condo! I would recommend having a toaster
Contractors working on building 4 - I think I should have been informed
1) Access to beach boarded up, had to use building 3
2) Didn’t have access to shed to get beach chairs and toys
3) Painting balcony so they put plastic over glass sliding doors so we
Couldn’t see outside or eat on the balcony
4) Two inch nail in pool for building 4
5) Front entry was torn apart all week
