Enjoy a view of the ocean and the pool from this second floor ocean view condo in building two. This adorable condo has a whimsical, beach theme and the large living room has plenty of space for the whole family. The dining room has seating for 6 so everyone can have a place at the table for dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a Keurig and a stackable washer and dryer. There is a brand new queen in the primary bedroom and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a full and a twin size bed. The third bedroom also known as the "Crow's Nest" has one twin bed.
All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Any cancellation made 90 days or less, but more than 30 days prior to the first day of the rental period shall forfeit the full reservation prepayment and half (1/2) of the full rental amount, including all fees and taxes. Any cancellations made 30 days or less, prior to the first day of the rental period shall forfeit the full prepayment deposit, and the full rental amount, and all fees and taxes. Any cancellations must be made in writing and received by Colony Reef Club either by mail or fax by the dates specified above.

"Colony Reef Club Review
My wife and I spent a week at Colony Reef Club in St. Augustine Beach. The property was extremely clean, and well maintained. All the condos have an ocean view. At. Augustine is a great place to vacation, very peaceful and relaxing and safe.

Beautiful unit (2209) with a few snags (main bed said it was a queen, but it felt small, disposal barely worked). Staff seem willing to help, but you need to ASK! Again, nothing major, but what time does the indoor pool close, did you know they’ll lend sports equipment? Some of this may have been communicated, but I’m not sure where. Part of the issue may be that we checked in after hours. Also, I learned a staff member had a heart attack, so they were short staffed. Also, our WiFi password info wasn’t posted and it went out mid stay. Not a huge issue, but a hassle to have to call or walk to the office."

Fabulous week with family from San Diego, and Cheyenne, Wy.
the condo was lovely and very clean. We have neen coming to Colony Reef for nearly 30 years.
The only recommendation the older grandchildren would have liked the pool to stay open until 10pm 8:30-9 was a little short. "
