The interior offers a cozy living area while the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need on vacation. All three bedrooms are spacious and include a private patio for relaxing. Steps away to the first come, first serve boat slips and amazing views of the canal at your fingertips.

CLEAN BED PROMISE -(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Great place for an extended family trip!
Great location; very clean unit; comfortable beds; exceptional customer service from the staff; the only complaint is the community pool.... Filthy on Sunday of our stay, we had chosen to stay off the beach that day to enjoy the nice pool; we spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the skum floating on top of the water; pool water smelled like urine; looked like someone may have thrown up in the water. Very disappointing pool experience!"

Great place to stay with your family. Plenty of space and amenities. Enjoyed fishing off the dock right out the back of the house. Super close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Really good bang for your buck!

We had stayed multiple times in that condo before the remolding great condo we love , the place now is even better ! The only thing wrong is that king bed need a new mattress that thing is like sleeping on the ground lol , also a little BBQ pit would help ... "

Clean, Great fishing, great view, beautiful sunset, and responsive team. Only one down side was the couches were worn out and uncomfortable. This was probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in."

"My Veterans Day weekend getaway
This was the perfect location that I needed. This condo was perfect I loved the layout and the closeness to the water and even though it rained the entire weekend this was the perfect view from inside and out. and I fished in the rain and landed 1 33 inch Black drum and two sea trout that were 16 & 18 inches. The drum went back in the water and the sea trout went home with me. White pelicans circled lighted water in the canal to view at night. condo had everything you could possibly need, very clean and modern. "
