This condo is ideal for a family as it comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Papakea features 2 beautiful swimming pools, jetted spa, tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 ocean side cabanas, 2 putting greens, lush gardens, a 24 hour front desk service, poolside barbecues, shuffle board and ample parking. The lush landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with various types of ginger, plumeria, ti leaf plants, monstera, and other tropical foliage. At dusk every evening the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds throughout the property. Papakea Resort is walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and a Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, Ka’anapali beach, Airport Beach and phenomenal shopping and dining. *Note: All guests must check-in at the front desk upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

We enjoyed everything from the decor to the amenities in the home and on property. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. However, it was missing a hot pad and ice cream scoop. Those 2 things would be helpful. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that was all much appreciated. The view from the lanai was fantastic and the pool and hot tub were clean, well cared for and comfortable temperatures. The property had beautiful landscaping that made it feel like an oasis. We enjoyed the beach walk and access to an ABC store that has an excellent deli. Their Ube pancakes are delicious! As well as, access to a great local bakery, Papi Ohanas and additional food trucks and large grocery store. We walked to all of these. The Whaler's Village was close as well, where we had access to great shopping and fantastic restaurants. Overall our stay was fantastic!
