The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with built-in a microwave and a size-able refrigerator. Start your morning with the high-quality coffee maker and end the night with some mixed drinks with the blender.
The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed and floor-ceiling glass doors that open onto a scenic balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, where you can take in the gentle sea breeze while reclining on the comfortable patio furniture. The spa-style master bath boasts a soothing jetted Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, large mirror, and double sink.
The first guest bedroom showcases a restful Queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.
The second guest bedroom showcases a restful King bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.
The enclosed Media Room features two twin bunks and a TV.
Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms.
There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am.
*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by (Property Management). A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

We enjoyed our family vacation..
The condo was very clean and comfortable for us, 6 adults and 3 children. Beds very confortable... the balcony was a big hit. We enjoyed the pools, lazy river, pickleball, putt putt golf & basketball... wish we could of stayed longer... "

"Exceptional!!
Beautiful condo!! Beautiful decor. Julie was very accommodating, answered questions promptly, allowed our early check-in and late check-out. Condo amenities were great. Only concern was the sliding door to balcony was very hard to open-even for adults. Beautiful pools, not very crowded at this time. I do agree with others that supervision is needed by slides and lazy river. Older kids hanging from beams at lazy rivers and kids going down slides 4-5 at a time/standing on slides. Would stay here again. "

"Beautifully Appointed
My family had a wonderful time at the Caribe. This unit exceeded all expectations. It was comfortable and the decorations were impeccable. Oh and can you say ice machine? Loved it. Our kids wore out the pools. My mom is already talking about booking next year! We had 3 families and 3 units. Ours was by far the nicest! "

"Wonderful Week
The entire condo fit our extended family very comfortably and offered plenty of room to spread out. Beds were cozy, Condo was clean, Kitchen fully stocked. The Bunk Bed room was a hit with the boys... all the furnishings were updated and current. Early coffee on the patio was a favorite spot. LOVED the American Flag waiving proudly from the property buildings. We definitely will return to this condo.
There were a few minor maintenance issues needing attention, and the management assured these will be addressed for the next guests.

Had a great stay here with 4 adults and 3 small children. It was clean and the view was superb. The bunk room even had a tv and a box of toys for the kids. Easy access to pools and beach (with trolley). Would love to stay in this unit again in the future. Julie from signature properties was great to work with too. "

Overall the rental was nice. Great view. Floors were very dirty. They had not been mopped in some time. I am not sure the kids socks will ever be clean again. Washer was disgusting and smelled sour. Maybe leave instructions to leave the door open when laundry is finished washing. Rug in kitchen was dirty and needs to be replaced. Should have warned us of pool construction "

"Beware!
We booked this condo in August of 2022 for Spring Break 2023. We received emails and text messages weeks prior to our check in with details etc. However what we never were informed of was the closure of the Lazy River Pool and deck. The whole reason we picked this resort with young kids was for this pool. Apparently renovations started in September 2022 but guests were never informed!
We had running toilets in 2 bathrooms and submitted a maintenance request. We were asked to meet the maintenance person at the condo, when I arrived our condo door was prompt open and I discovered painters working on the balcony. Scared the **** out of me and I was not happy that we were not informed of this happening, especially with valuables out like lap tops, purses, wallets, jewelry. Toilet repair did not work and continued to be an issue all week.
I do think the pools with slides in building B & C need lifeguard or staff supervision. Kids run wild on those and they become a safety issue and dangerous for younger kids to be on.
Also not sure why you can rent a 4 bedroom condo designed for more than 1 family and yet only be provided with 1 parking pass and charge a fee for a 2nd car parking pass.

"Absolutely Fabulous!
This property has plenty of room for everyone with a view of both the marina and the ocean. There were 7 people altogether and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. With the bunkbeds, two more could have easily been accommodated."

"Clean & Beautiful
The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The parking space is very close to the entrance, which was a plus. But the instructions as to which elevator to take should be included in the directions as none were posted onsite either. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a lot of noise, so it needs maintenance. Also, in the description, the condo does not have beach access, you have to take a shuttle to the beach, so that was misleading. The view from the balcony is ok, it faces the water but the interstate is there as well, so you mainly here the traffic. All in all the stay was great and I would probably stay again. "

"Annual trip to Orange Beach
Despite the rain for most of the trip, we made the most of it! We love the Caribe resort and have stayed here several times in this complex. The unit overall was great! Plenty of space to spread out! The wrap around balcony with multiple sitting areas was excellent! Gorgeous view of the gulf and bay side. The unit was completely stocked with everything you need to stay comfortably. Very close to the elevator which is a plus! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful Escape
This condo was exactly what we needed! As a bunch of vet students that are about to go into clinics, we needed a few days to relax. Also it was my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! I’ll never understand why people say they need to go to the beach in the summer because while it was cold, it was the ambiance that was perfection. The wrap around porch that overlooks the gulf, listening to the waves crash as you lay in bed or on the couch, the lighting, the kitchen (to die for), and it never felt like we were on top of each other. It was absolutely wonderful!!"

"Excellent large condo with amazing views
We stayed in this condo for 1 week and we had an amazing time. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the warming drawer that was used to prepare family meals. Also, we loved having the cobalt restaurant next door and the rental place next door that provided dolphin rides, deep sea fishing and kayak rentals. It was also convenient having trolley access to the beach even thought it was only a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again. "

"lovely view and condo
The Condo was very nice but had a few issues some we reported some we didn't. On the surface it seemed clean but after staying there we found food on the walls, A dirty pillowcase under the bed. The master shower head fell off and my son fixed it best he could, we reported it when we left. "

Nice, clean and spacious condo for the big family, special mention to Julie who was very prompt and polite in every communication, this lady was super nice and helpful, the only thing that I didn’t like was the dishwasher isn’t working but no biggie, just informed the office about it. Parking is not good at all. A four bedroom condo should include three parking spaces. Condo was clean except the laundry room. Furniture is out dated and rugs are a trip hazard."

Signature Properties welcomed us to the condo by covering every detail and also by texting during our visit to confirm our needs were being met. The amenities were varied, offering something for everyone with a restaurant adjacent to the property. We had a blast on vacation, the unit was very nice but the living room rug slides easily and wouldnt stay where it needed to be for very long. Maybe needs something underneath it so it doesnt move so easily. Also, hundreds of teenagers were running around all over the place acting wild but I guess that is what you have to deal with vacationing on spring break."
