The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals including a crock-pot, mixer, and blender. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen bar, and the over-sized dining table seats 12 comfortably.
The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a king bed, TV w/FuboTV, and walk out patio to the private Hot Tub. The connecting master bath features an amazing soaking tub, large tile shower, and radiant heated floors.
Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are master suites with king beds in each and connecting bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The third bedroom upstairs also features a king bed with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. The bunk room is furnished with two twin over double bunk beds and a twin trundle. The bunk room also boasts a TV with FuboTV, DVD, and Xbox for the kids in the family.
The whole family will enjoy the heated garage game room that features a Ping Pong Table, Shuffleboard, Pop-O-Shot, Corner Bar, flat screen TV, and a 2nd fridge.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

The home was beautiful. It was wonderful to have the hot tub ready the minute the top was removed.
However, one bathroom had hair and a prescription pill wrapped in toilet paper on the floor.
We enjoyed our time together with friends and many cherished memories were made!"

Great vacation cabin! Doggos and us had a great time. Best for 3-4 family stay. Huge house and fully stocked kitchen and amenities situated inside Suncadia property, surrounded by woods and lots of greenery. Trails are there right outside for walking/jogging. It’s a guaranteed peaceful stay."

"Awesome family weekend home
We had an awesome experience - the home was extremely clean and the rooms were all a great size for us as well as our friends who joined as well. Great communication & fast responses from the company with any questions we had leading up to our weekend. There was a ton of snow for our kids to play out back and the fireplace out there was perfect wonderful and used all weekend to warm up while outside! We would 100% rent this house again! "

"Great vacation hoise
Nice home with lots of games for the whole family in the garage. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only thing to note is the kitchen is a little sparse and the cookware is of lower quality. Worth noting if you are looking to prepare your own meals. Bring a pan and knife you like :-)"

"Great for groups!
We had 9 adults, and 3 kids under 5 years old staying for 3 nights. It is a beautiful home, that is also cozy. The fire pit was a hit (quiet time hours start at 10pm). Beware to resist the urge to walk along the golf path right outside the back patio. There is a designated walking path a few minutes away. The wifi including streaming movies on the TV was sluggish, and that was a bummer. The dining area was perfect for a large group, and rooms were spacious with wonderful beds. Hosts were very responsive, and we had a great time. About a 15 min walk to the play ground for the kiddos."

"Great Get-away for a Larger group with Kids
We enjoyed the spacious living quarters along with every room having their own bathrooms. We loved having a garage with games so that we could have fun at the house while the kids took naps and went down for bed. We enjoyed going for walks and playing in the snow. The hot tub and propane fireplace were good places to hang out and enjoy talking with each other. We had a quick drive into town to go to the brick for a drink and the coffee shops in town. It was awesome having the kids toys available for the kids to use while we were there and the king beds in all 4 bedrooms was a huge plus! "

"Family Christmas Experience
We would highly recommend this home to others. We had 3 families with a total of 6 adults and 4 children ages 3-11. The home was large enough to give everyone their own space. Each couple appreciated their own bathroom. It was a short walk for us to make our own sledding hill into a sand trap. We had a flight delay and All Seasons Vacation Rentals were amazing to work with us. They also were excellent to attend to a couple small issues we had with the home(we could not get the fire place to work and a closet light was out). They were quick to fix the problems. I would give All Seasons and the home a 5 star rating. Thank you to All Seasons for making our time at this home wonderful. "

"lovely home
It is a nice home, however we had some issues. We asked if it was possible to check in early and/or check out late. I was told to ask again closer to the date. I asked again closer to the date and was asked again to ask later. I asked again on the same day but did not get a reply in time. There is no privacy as it's located on a main trail. The hot tub did not work and communication was limited. IT is a lovely home but did not work for our group."

"Great Vacation Home!
The location of the home was great (right on the golf course), close to the park (easy walk/bike ride). We would stay here again. The rooms were very large with very comfortable beds. Lots of towels for showers and separate towels for the hot tub. Cons: the use of the pool was in a different community about a 15 min drive and it cost $10/person. You were not able to use any of the pools in Suncadia. Other than that, great home and well worth a visit. "

"Perfect Family Gathering Place
Pine Cone Lodge was the perfect place for our family celebration of 10 people. The setting among Ponderosa pines was so peaceful and provided great bird watching. Both the house and patio were immaculate and allowed us to spread out. The hot tub and game room were big attractions as were Suncadia's trails and Dawson Park. The nearby Roslyn Cemetery was very interesting, and we loved the little town of Roslyn. We ate at The Brick and had the best hamburgers maybe ever! A few of us even climbed Tipple Hill and went to the pool at the Roslyn Activity Center. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were immediately addressed by management. We also noted the friendliness of each and every Suncadia staff member we encountered. Not only would I recommend Pine Cone Lodge, I would also like to return--soon!"

"Rice Family Vacation
We had a marvelous time with the family. Not having pool privileges was a downer. Wish that was stated upfront with what other options we had. Lakes, rivers, swimming holes, with directions. We found swimming holes on the river that were amazing.
On another not, it seemed some burners on the stove did not work all the time. Some of the games in the garage needed some love."

"Winter Getaway
We had a wonderful time at Pine Cone Lodge. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations in every way. Kitchen very well stocked, furnishings and bedding first class and just a perfect place for our family to gather. The little ones especially loved the bunk beds!! Only oddity was no window coverings on first floor which made it a bit cold in the mornings but warmed up with the help of the fireplace. Location on the golf course was really nice too because felt very private and spacious. We were able to play outside in the snow and have a great time. Thank you for your hospitality and we would definitely come back again."

"Family winter stay
The house was great, as marketed, well stocked. We had an issue with a dirty carpet - small plastic pieces and dry food items stuck deep in the main room shag carpet and needed to re-vacuum it a couple of times. Otherwise, the house was great fun. I was not aware that two of the exits out of Suncadia (e.g. firehouse lane) are gated off and you have to go all the way around to the main Suncadia exit to get to Cle Elum or Roslyn - it looks much closer if able to leave at those exits to get to Roslyn. Sledding at the tubing hill by the winery was great and there is a sledding hill right next to the tubing hill that is free and easily accessible also. Game room was fun for the kids."

"Great wintertime retreat
Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 young ones) greatly enjoyed this getaway. There was plenty of room for all. The game room was particular hit. Our two grandsons ages 6 and 4 had fun sled riding on the snow covered fairway right behind the house while the adults enjoyed the fire pit. The herds of elk and deer were a quite a sight as they walked by while looking for food."

We rented this home for a family Christmas and it was perfect! We brought our three adult children and our grandbaby. Beautiful snow and large Elk all around the property. The home was nicely decorated for Christmas and the kitchen was a dream. We all enjoyed the games in the garage and sledding. Would definitely rent this home again!"

"The perfect house for our long term escape to the mountains
This property could not have been more perfect. Clean, beautifully furnished, kitchen appointed for every possible task, fun game room, three master suites, great kids’ bunk room, and spacious outdoor living and dining. We absolutely loved this house. The location is ideal- close to Dawson Park, biking trails to the river, unlimited biking, hiking the Coal Mine hill proactively across the street, and you can just step on to the 13th hole. Tons of natural light on this property made for a beautiful setting all day long. The rental agency was wonderful to work with and we had everything we needed for a month+ stay. We didn’t want to leave. Loved having a second fridge in the garage and a driveway the kids could scooter around. We will absolutely be back!"

"Perfect Family Getaway

Tidy, well-organized and filled with everything we needed for a perfect extended family get-away, the Pine Cone Lodge experience exceeded our expectations. The layout of the home was perfectly comfortable with enough space for the adults and an awesome space for kids. Gathering around the giant table for food and games was perfect for the times we wanted to be together while the layout of the home accommodated separate space for moments where one (or more) needed a break from others. Outdoor adventures were steps away and the warmth of the gas fireplace was welcoming when we returned. Loved the Pine Cone Lodge and will cherish the memories we made there."

"Winter Escape
Pine Cone was lovely from the moment we stepped in. It was so welcoming with a lit Christmas tree and holiday music playing throughout the house. Plenty of space for our group with 3 master bedrooms makes it perfect for a multi family retreat. Game room activities were good fun after playing in the snow.
The only downside was not knowing about the three thermostats the home had. The first night the main bedrooms were set on air conditioning which made for a chilly night but we figured it out the next day. "

"High fees
The house is advertised for 15 but then you must present ages of all guests including day company. If my family could have all come there are beds but not enough dining or living spaces for have of them. We paid fees for multiple listings which I have never done with Vrbo. I always trust Vrbo and have used it for years and I have never had to pay for multiple listing fees. Also, the rules and signage in the house suggest they may have had trouble with renters. We own a much nicer home and have always have left a rental in better condition than we have found it. This situation was not fun with all the closing requirements that we had to stay an extra 2 hours. We left a day early due to illness but still had to perform the tasks. "

"Great Family Weekend!
The Pine Cone Lodge couldn't have worked out better for our family of 12. we had plenty of room for everyone and everything we needed. the weather was beautiful and we got to sit out and enjoy the fire pit. we called because we had some littles with us that needed a little extra nap time at checkout and they were so accommodating. We had the BEST Christmas EVER.....All of us under the same roof for three nights over the Christmas Holiday! The house was very nice but not at the value we paid. This is our 8th year COMING to Suncadia for the weekend and the first time we were disappointed in a house. The management service was very helpful and responsive its just simply put the House is not that great. Also no Comcast or satellite TV which is a disappointment as well. Roku and an internet TV provider are not the same. We have already booked another property next year."

"Fabulous stay at Suncadia!
Our family had a fabulous 4 night stay at Pine Cone Lodge. The home is very well furnished, with comfortable beds, and a fun garage game room. Our 3 kids loved the hot tub and played hours of ping pong. We took short walks to Dawson Park and Swiftwater Winery. I would also recommend spending time at Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum, very scenic! We've been coming to Suncadia for several years and this is our favorite home. All Seasons Vacation Rentals has excellent customer service. We will be back for sure!"
