CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Spring Creak for 2 families
The description of this rental is very accurate. This condo is spacious, well equipped and has a very nice view from a spacious balcony on a lake with alligators and turtles. The beach and pools are very close. We just needed to come and relax. Also, check in and check out was a breeze.

The clarity and ease of working with your organization was excellent. Check in, directions, and information about all the details were also excellent. There is one aspect that in my opinion needs immediate attention and it is the carpet in the unit. New flooring is a must if I were to ever recommend this unit to anyone. At this point I would steer people away from this unit specifically. I am not the type to write a negative report but please address this for the people who will stay in this unit in the future."

"Long weekend family vacation
Very nice condo in a beautiful resort. Well appointed unit perfect for kids and adults alike. The pools were wonderful - although the splash pad was not working for a few days and was disappointing as we had hoped to use it more. The beds seemed a bit ‘tired’ but overall the unit was very nice. Would recommend and would stay there again! "

We booked unit 1045 for a last minute getaway. The unit was clean, beautiful, and spacious and had EVERYTHING we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and the pools. Also, the price was very reasonable. We loved our time at Cinnamon Beach and can’t wait to return!"

"Cinnamon Beach Weekend Getaway
We had a great time on our vacation to Cinnamon Beach, but were disappointed about a few things regarding the condo. They were painting the exterior of the buildings, so the back patio had scaffolding on it which made it unsafe to use with small kids. A heads up would have been appreciated. The condo itself was spacious, but needs a few things fixed. The carpet is pretty dirty so it needs to be replaced or at the very least cleaned and there was mold on the back of the 3rd bathroom door. A few more minor things that the owners need to take care of. Cinnamon Beach Vacations was very prompt with a ceiling fan issue we had and I can't say enough good things about them. "

"As portrayed and reviewed
Great location and easy check-in. Nicely furnished and decorated. Ceiling fan in master doesn't work, nor does the tower fan intended to replace it. Fortunately there was a desk fan in another bedroom. Very well stocked with beach and bath towels, pillows and blankets. However, only 1 washcloth per bedroom, which is not at all sufficient. Everything you could need for the beach is provided- even a collapsible wagon to carry stuff to the beach. We found crumbs from previous renters on the dining room chairs, so it could've been cleaner. We were expected to strip the beds, begin a load of laundry, start the dishwasher (no detergent was provided) and take out all garbage. That seems like a lot to ask on top of a hefty cleaning fee. Overall, it suited our needs well and we enjoyed our stay."

A great place to get away and enjoy the beach and pool. The splash pad and family pool are great for smaller children. Palm Coast has a lot of good local restaurants and there are many parks and playgrounds."

"Beach retreat
We stayed in this beautiful unit for three months due to us having a house fire. The complete process with the property management company was great. everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The condo itself has everything you need while you are away. It is very spacious. The pictures should be updated because they don't do it justice. I would definitely recommend staying here and even though we were not officially on vacation, we enjoyed our stay here alot."

We have spent several winters at Cinnamon Beach + we really loved this unit. Some units are so decorated that it's hard to carve out places for your own "stuff". This one is tasteful, nicely equipped + is unique in that there are several owner occupied units close by, which made this a quiet spot. We'll be back next yr + looking forward to it already! "

"One Disappointment
Our only dissatisfaction was that the beach at the complex was littered with weeds that were full of flies and smelled terrible. I would have thought that a complex this nice would have that cleaned up on a frequent basis. I would not visit this complex again or recommend it to others unless steps are taken to remedy this situation. Even clearing a small area for use would have been appreciated. Everything else was very nice. "
