Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Not a good unit
It wasn’t a good unit at all. The furniture is old and stains. The unit also has a roach problem. The bathroom exhaust fan sounds like it’s coming apart. "

We had an awesome time! Everything seemed to be clean except the floor. Cleaned it 4 times before it came clean. Great location, awesome pools and tiki hut. Would definitely get the same place again!"

"Myrtle Beach Escape
When we received our info package the instructions for wifi & TV were incorrect & required a technician to set it up. Our unit's location was great, however it was a little tired. Overall, we enjoyed all the complex's amenities & had a wonderful time."

"Needs updated and not very clean
Had a funky smell when we walked in. It needs updating, very outdated. Floor was very dirty with tons of sand on it. The resort itself looks great but website mentioned indoor pool and 2 heated pools. There wasn't an indoor pool and non of the many pools were heated"

"Family vacation fun!
When we arrived, we had trouble getting into the condo because we were given the wrong code to get in. We arrived late at night, around 9pm, and had to call the maintenance number. We had to leave a message, but luckily we got a call back and we were able to get in after getting the correct code. The only other complaints I have is that the floors were very dirty. They were not visibly dirty, but walking around in bare feet on the tile made your feet black. That was gross. I had to wear "inside sandals" the whole week. Also, the condo not only needs some updating with furniture, counters, appliances, cabinets, but it also needs maintenance. For example, one of the doorways had both sides of the door molding coming off the wall. It wasn't that big of a deal, but still should be fixed... The location, the view, and the amenities made up for it though. Our family had a wonderful time with all the pools, spas, and lazy rivers. We also loved that the beach access was right there, too. All in all, we were very happy with the condo."

The complex was awesome. Too bad the condo did not measure up to the description. It was very outdated and it was not equipped adequately. The kitchen was not fully equipped however the kuerig was a plus. The master bathroom shower curtain was old. The keys were very hard to open the door. Check in and out was out of the way and disappointing to drive to check in and out. However the staff there were very friendly. The complex and the beach was the shining point of our vacation. I would definitely stay at the complex again but in another condo "

"Another fantastic vacation, with Northbeach vacation rentals.
Such an easy, perfect way to vacation! Everything was ready when I arrived. Easy check in and out. Beautiful view and access to the beach. Easy access to restaurants and activities and new winery. Coffee and restaurant on the property. Beautiful pools and hot tubs and lazy river. Wonderful gas fire pit every evening. Amazing resort. Rental manager. Victoria was knowledgeable, responsive and had so many great ideas and options. "

"A little outdated but overall nice!
Checking in was a bit inconvenient, didn't get to actual property until around 5pm after having to wait in long lines to receive keys. Rental could use some updating, dryer took multiple runs through to dry small loads (like 4-5 items), door to washer/dryer off track, under beds wasn't swept. Having 2 bathrooms was great with 6 people but one bathroom was VERY small - shower pressure was great, both drains very slow to drain. The door handle to the balcony broke off but maintenance was there within 20 minutes, put a brand new handle on with additional locking mechanism (added piece of mind with my 2 young sons) and was good to go. View from balcony couldn't be beat - overlooking ocean and pools. The location in the resort was perfect - right by both sets of elevators, making it easy with young kids to go back and forth to the room for anything forgotten. Resort location great too - attractions, restaurants, shopping all within close distance. I am overall satisfied with my stay - great resort, will return in the future! "

"Don’t Stay Here
This condo is a dump!! the sofas didnt match - one of the sofas you could barely sit on as there was plywood under the very thin cushions - double headboards with queen beds and one of the queen beds sagged so when you layed down you just rolled right into the middle of the bed - it looked like everything was picked up on the side of the road - pots had broken handle so you couldn’t use them - this place needs a total upgrade - it also had an odor about the place - I would never recommend this condo as it is now!"

The room was great! We had a great time. We used the free coupon to Pirates Voyage Dinner Show and WonderWorks. It was a great savings! The kids loved the activities provided and especially loved the pier fishing!"

I would recommend this condo. I have stayed at many properties at Myrtle Beach, and I enjoyed this one very much. The condo was clean and well decorated. Sea Watch has 14 different pools and hot tubs which were heated for an April stay."

"We enjoyed it but a couple issues
1. Fireworks. Every night- even with the noise ordinance. Until 1 and 2 AM! We had babies so that was not very pleasing.
2. We left for the beach one day to come back to the door open. Walked in and the A/C man was inside looking at the unit. (We has not had an issue it reported one). We had no clue he was coming, and had left all of our valuables in the room. This was very upsetting, when I emailed and asked the rental company I basically just got a “sorry.”

"Family vacation
Upon arrival, we found our door unlocked. The second thing we noticed was that the floor of the condo was nearly completely covered in sand. The box spring on on the right side of the room with two queen beds in it has what I hope was rust but could have also been blood on it. The door on the right side of laundry closet was “off its track” and did not close properly allowing a copious amount of sound from washer dryer and air conditioner escape. Poor locking mechanisms for sliding doors leading to balcony so I purchased zip ties to secure them better because I have young, inquisitive children. Both showers and tubs drain extremely slow leaving dirty standing water while showering. Also shower head in master bath sprayed into room due to cracked threads. "

"resort was perfect but our unit was disgusting
Unit 908 was filthy dirty, floors had not been washed and nothing to wash them with. Cleaning mops filthy with no bucket. King mattress was stained . Queen mattresses old and caved in the middle. Pillows paper thin. Dryer rusted inside and lint filter was full, like a block of styrofoam. Sofas were uncomfortable. Floors under beds and furniture never cleaned. Pot with missing handle and one tea towel for two extra linens. Ceiling by vents blackened. Did get cleaning refund immediately but feel we should be compensated for rental. The resort itself itself was good (pools, lazy river, Tiki Bar). Do not rent unit 908"

"Best place we have ever stayed in Myrtle Beach
Only stayed for 4 nights but could have stayed there forever. Loved the gated community. Plenty of parking. Super easy to get everything to your room. Parking for unloading only, many luggage carts. Staying on the 9th floor I was worried about elevator, but there was never a wait! Unit was right down the hall from elevator with morning sunrise views from the deck and sunset views right out the door. Plenty of room for our family of four, but could have fit more. Pools were clean and never over crowded. Beach steps away. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, etc... Even a few and chairs, umbrellas and some boogie boards (although not in great condition) in front closet. We look forward to staying there again!"
