Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer. This luxurious condo can sleep 6 people in its two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. This beautiful home also features 3 bathrooms with Travertine stone tile, jacuzzi tubs, and two showers. The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops and African Mahogany cabinets. The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine outdoors. This wonderful home also has central air conditioning and a full-sized washer and dryer to provide comfort and convenience during your stay. Waipouli Beach Resort has all the modern-day amenities that you would expect in a Five-Star resort, including a lazy river-style saline pool with two water slides, three sandy bottom Jacuzzi spas, and a children's sandy beach pool. The main pool, with dreamy waterfalls, is heated during the winter months of November through February. Changes can occur after a reservation is made as a result of sale of unit, remodeling, mechanical failure or servicing. Should the Rental Property be made unavailable for any reason beyond the control of RE/MAX Kauai, RE/MAX Kauai will use its best efforts to provide Guest with a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. If no other rental property is available, RE/MAX Kauai shall notify Guest and refund any payments made as soon as possible.

Guest understands that Owner retains the right to sell the Rental Property or change management companies at any time. In the event the Rental Property is sold or transferred to new management, Guest understands that RE/MAX Kauai is under no obligation to provide a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. RE/MAX Kauai may however, at its option, act as an intermediary between Guest and Owner to look for a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. If RE/MAX Kauai is unable to find such accommodations, this Agreement shall be cancelled and terminated and RE/MAX Kauai shall refund all payments made under this Agreement. Guest understands that RE/MAX Kauai shall not thereafter have any liabilities or obligations to Guest arising out of the unavailability of the Rental Property and/or the alteration of Guest’s travel arrangements.

Except as provided above, reservations are non-transferable.

RE/MAX Kauai may terminate this Agreement upon the breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by Guest or any occupant of the Rental Property. In the event of such termination, Guest shall not be entitled to the return of any monies paid to Owner or RE/MAX Kauai. Upon such termination, Guest and all occupants in the Rental Property shall immediately vacate the Rental Property.

RE/MAX Kauai in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.

The kitchen was incredible and we often made meals here and sat on the lanai for our meals. The view at this condo was worth every penny! The Apartment G-306 looks straight out on the shore line over manicured lawns. The photos of the complex and the pool sold us on this location and it was very much as imaged. The pool is just like the photo! The apartment was spacious and well provisioned. It was clear to us the owners wanted guests to enjoy their stay. The Re/Max management team were very responsive and their pre-arrival service is excellent. Everything as expected. We found a few very minor maintenence issues which we brought up after our stay and I have every confidence they will attend to these. Friendly and engaging. Kapaa itself is well placed on the island and within striking distance of both the northern beaches and the southern activity centres. We did the Smith's Family luau (very close), ATV adventure and Pali Coast boat tour, all South of Kapaa.We also found an online narrated driving tour of the northern beaches which was fun. It is hard to decide which bathroom/bedroom is the master. The kitchen was well equipped though we would have loved an Instapot and a pair of kitchen shears. There was the bonus of a spice cabinet here with such spices a the salt and pepper, but onion and garlic powder fish seasonings and sauces like soy. The pool is a river pool and also has a zero entry area for kids with a sand bottom for increasing depth level for toddlers with a wall to prohibit the kids from getting into deeper waters. There is a restaurant on site. The management company was very helpful and next year we will use them again. Angela is a responsive manger and has a good team back up. The location in very convenient to the grocery store and also easy to get to the north side or south side of the island if you want a central location. We could hear the surf of the ocean to lull us to sleep. The lights need attention as there was a mix of soft white and daylight bulbs and the torn linens need to be replaced. I am sure once the owner finds out that will be addressed for such a lovely property. I never would have expected a tattered pillow case or stained pillow cover in what is normally a high end establishment. Also the travertine on the Lanai is disintegrating and is sharp and super hard on your feet. TV's in the unit were old, no smart TV's. When traveling with kids it would have been nice to login to netflix in the evenings. We also arrived to some dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The weather didn't cooperate for outdoor activities so we spent a lot of time inside. A couple of comments. Because six people could sleep there - the seating didn't accommodate that number of guests. There is one sofa (2/3 people) and one chair - not including dining room chairs which are uncomfortable after a while. The table on the lanai off one bedroom was falling apart and when we arrived there were pieces from the table all over the lanai. The window covers kept coming off the track and one of the small side covers wouldn't close. The bedroom with the larger lanai had electrical outlets that need repair and of the 3 lamps in the room - only one could be plugged in and it was a very dim lamp. The bathroom lights had all different types of bulbs in them - aesthetically it looked odd and inconsistent. The grounds were very nice - the pool was lovely and the children's pool area was good. There are slides at the pool which were fun but would have been nice to be able to put a little one in your lap and slide down. Lots of slide rules.... Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby and easy to access. The room did have quite a few pool toys which was also very nice. The pool is cold, the security guards spend way too much time guarding the pool and questioning guests and the barbeques did not work properly. This is an ideal place if have teen or younger kids-I wouldn't necessarily advise for couples as there is a lot going on and it may not be as quite as other places. For example, our view of the ocean was great, but the grassy area between the condo and beach was a common hang out area for adults and/or kids to play, so you had to accept that. Actually, if the security guards spent more time policing that area than the pool, I think that would have taken care of two of the problems I noticed. Location is very central to the island, lots of places within walking distance, you just have to decide what type of vacation you are taking. If you want a great view; great place with great access, this is ideal. Quite and retrospective places to lounge around, not so much."
