This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM.
Enjoy our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Rio Guadalupe Condominiums located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views! Our second floor condo offers a large private patio with comfortable furniture and a gas BBQ grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the river and our beautiful canyon view. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. If you do not bring your own tubes, Rio Guadalupe Resort will shuttle you wherever you would like to go. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door for tube rental and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.
Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. It comes fully furnished with 3 TVs with cable, free WiFi, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen including toaster, coffee maker, and more. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with premium sheets and bedding, the second bedroom has a Full size bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are also two full bathrooms in this unit. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps six comfortably. This condo is on the second floor and it does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Two parking spots provided and 6 wristbands. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. WORD permit #L1364

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

These Condos were everything we had hoped for and more. We had 3 rented out for family members and each condo was spotless and beautiful. The view from the rooms were beautiful as well and grounds kept were very clean and maintained. The location was perfect. We will definitely be back! "

"Very nice new condo
We really enjoyed this beautiful new condo. It is perfect for a retired couple like us. The condo property is clean and comfortable with a gated entry so you only come in to the parking lot with the code. We loved the view of the Guadalupe river. Even though we were there in January and it is mostly brown in Texas then, we enjoyed the beauty of this location. It is close to Canyon Lake and not far at all to New Braunfels. We appreciated working with Amanda at New Braunfels Escapes. She was very helpful with the whole process. We would love to go back again. The only problem with our visit is we found the master bedroom closet locked and unavailable for us to use. Also, there was no chest of drawers or dresser in the master so with only one night stand with two small drawers in this room we had no storage space for our clothes. This situation was quite a surprise and hopefully they will have found a solution for their guests going forward. The master bedroom problem is the only reason I will rate this experience with four instead of five stars."

"Texas Hill Country Paradise!
Our family rented On the Rocks in late spring/early summer for a long weekend and can't wait to go back!
Upon arrival, the condo was spotless and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries- better than our own, and plush towels and bedding.
The complex was very family friendly. We had no issues with rowdy neighbors and most of the other visitors/tenets also had young children. We even made some new friends.
We spent our first full day at the condo, going back and forth between the river and pool. We liked that the river had a 'beach' where we could set up chairs and watch the kids play.
The second day we went to Gruene to eat lunch and do some shopping. I was pleasantly surprised when our drive was only 20 minutes.
The last day we decided to float the river. There is a resort next door that offers tubes and kayaks with pick up service at a reasonable cost.
We really enjoyed our time there and plan to book a return trip soon. "
