The updated kitchen is just off of the large formal dining room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a double bed; the family room boasts a futon and a sleeper sofa plus the bonus/game room has one trundle bed and two twin beds; the attached two car garage has its own fish cleaning station; the home faces east so that you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises; two piers, one with a shorestation, and a concrete patio with gas grill and picnic table are there for your enjoyment. The total square footage is about 1200. We prefer renting by the week; Saturday 3:00pm through the following Saturday 10:00am. Renters will be responsible for cleaning.
