Lakehouse can sleep up to 10 in beds, 8 recommended because of 2 baths . Home has 2 large family rooms with an enclosed porch up, an open porch down and a patio. Included are the gas grill, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Kitchen is open to lower family room and overlooks lake. Kitchen table seats nine comfortably. Large screen TVs upper and lower, fireplace, pingpong, juke box. 2 BDRMS up with 2 double-bed bunks and 4 other bunk beds. Each bedroom upstairs has its own sink/vanity and mirror in addition to the full bath on that level. Downstairs is another full bath with 2 more bedrooms with queen beds. Newer mattresses.. Home has large yard with room for badmitton, corn hole and other games, which will be available to use. Upper basin of James is quiet and we have a nice sandbar right in front of the house for swimming. Lake James is made of 3 basins which feed into Snow Lake, Jimmerson, Big Otter and more. Our home is directly across from Pokagon State Park and we include a season pass to use while you stay. You can boat or drive to Pokagon for horseback riding, restaurants, hiking, nature center, and a variety of programs and events. We have several boat launch sites and 2 on-lake marinas to gas up. There are 2 on-lake restaurants too, and more restaurants at 4 corners. BOAT RENTALS nearby. Reserve your week today! They wont last long! Also included badmitton, corn hole, pingpong table with balls and paddles, Paddle Boat, 4 fishing poles,foam noodles for swimming, orange life preservers, 1 bag of charcoal for the charcoal grill, gas for the gas grill, Multiple use park permit to Pokagon State Park, Bath Towels and washcloths are also included.
Not included are Beach Towels and personal items.
We ask the home be left as good as we gave it to you.
The Famous Lake James Sand Bar, Great Fishing right on Lake James, Skiing, Ski Slalom Course, WakeBoarding, Swimming, Sailing. Pokagon State Park with boat rentals, public beach, horseback riding, trails, bike paths through the woods, lots of activities. Many nearby beach restaurants, Toms Donuts,Club Paradise, Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, Carusos Italian and Captains Cabin Fine Dining nearby, Fremont Outlet M,all, Minerature Golf, Lake James and Trine University Golf Courses,.and lots more! Walmart, Meijers, Menards in Angola, 10 minutes away for groceries, etc. We have Hargers meats which I recommend, for great steak, burgers, and brats, by the Marathon station on CR 200 as you come in from I-69.
