"My family absolutely loved this property! The house was amazing and each day we felt like we were stepping out of the back door into paradise. The lake is literally steps away from the house. There is not a more beautiful lake in Florida to wake up to, in my opinion. One of the master bedrooms has glass doors looking out at the lake and I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise each morning. The house is plenty big enough for 2 families. It is equipped with everything you need to live comfortably for a week or more. The kids room is great. It has everything you need to entertain the kids. The screened porch on the back is great. My 3 month old baby and I enjoyed many hours out there during our stay. It has a ceiling fan and was cool enough for us to sit and watch the other kids while they were swimming. We hope to be able to go back again next summer if not before. We really appreciated the oppurtunity to rent this house on beuatiful Lake Kerr."
Aug 27, 2012 - Janie Graham "We originally had a house rented on Kingsley Lake but the renter backed out just a few days before our family vacation. Everything was already rented and we thought we were going to have to cancel our vaction..and then we found this house. This house was an answer to our prayers. It was perfect. There was so much room in the house. The back yard was huge, perfect for our corn hole games and there was no one on the water which was perfect for fishing and for the kids to ride the tube without having to worry about a lot of other boats. Mary was wonderful. She felt like part of the family before we left. This was the best vacation ever and we will be back.

Feb 09, 2013 - Jennifer Beverly "My husband and I and our 3 small children rented this house at the end of march for 5 days and ended up extending our trip for 8 nights instead. We loved it so much. I could not think of anything better than this, it was just like staying right on the beach only better because no sticky salt water. We brought our boat and went bass fishing, took the most beautiful pictures of the kids because sunset was absolutely gorgeous, roasted marshmallows on the beach out back at night, fished off the dock and did plenty of relaxing. The house is fully equipped and very clean. Most importantly, 3 out of the 4 rooms have their own bathroom, 2 of those rooms are masters and look at the lake. The weather was cool, we could sleep with just the screen door closed and listen to the water wash on shore. We have already booked the house for another week in the summer, can't wait to go back. I don't want anyone else to know about it, but it deserves a great review. Mary's local knowledge is great"

The house has lots of windows and glass doors to give you a perfect view of the lake. Huge dock and large sandy beach. My husband would fish in the morning and by lunch time he was pulling teenagers around the lake on a tube, wakeboard, or kneeboard. The floor plan of the house is open and all the comforts of home are there awaiting you. I highly recommend this property for familes or even a girls getaway! We loved it so much that we are returning this year on Memorial Day weekend!
