It is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends to enjoy the water and outdoor activities in the summer or enjoy the holidays and football games in the fall and winter.
Located in Colon, MI, less than an hour from South Bend, Indiana and the Notre Dame campus. It's an easy two hour drive from Downtown Chicago/O'Hare Airport and Detroit/East Lansing/Ann Arbor are all under two hours away. All locations offer convenient travel options.
Lake house has four bedrooms. It's perfect for family gatherings, fishing trips, football weekends, girl's weekend, or just getting out of the city to relax. The house itself is spacious enough for large gatherings of family and friends and sleeps 18. Central air conditioning and heating!
The property has 70 feet of lake frontage and a boat dock on Palmer Lake which is a 450 acre, all sports lake, perfect for boating, swimming, fishing, jetskiing, water skiing, or just lounging on a raft. If you don't feel like going out on the lake, relax on the deck! The surrounding area is known for its wineries and vineyards as well as its small specialty shops. There is definitely something for everyone at any time of the year!
Enjoy a late night Bon fire toasting marshmallows or walk to Curley's for a cold beer and pizza.

Also experience some of the most breathtaking Fall Foliage tours in the nation as well as terrific hunting. Winter activities include numerous outdoor sports such as skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling.
Capri Drive In an Go Karts in nearby Coldwater.
Also located nearby are the College Football Hall of Fame, Minor League Baseball (Single A), zoo, and the Studebaker National Museum.
