Our little house in the woods sits on an acre of land backing up to Burr Oak State Park. It is a wonderful getaway near the Wayne National Forest, located in southeast Ohio. The cabin was originally built in the 1950s as a single-room hunter's lodge in a rural development known as Kittle Pine Front. Later--sometime in the 1980s--the cabin was updated and enlarged to become a year-round home with three bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area, front porch, back sun porch, and deck. Large bedroom and bath in downstairs/basement area with independent entry.
Washer/dryer, furnished and stocked kitchen, central air/heat, outdoor grill, satellite TV, towels, but personal toiletries not provided

Boating, swimming, hiking, deer & turkey hunting, country festivals, bird watching/wildlife reserves; Ohio University
Rates:
Sunday through Thursday: two guests, $100 per night; four guests, $125 per night; six guests, $150 per night.
Friday through Saturday (two nights): two guests, $125 per night; four guests, $150 per night; six guests $175 per night;
Weekly: two guests, $575; four guests, $700; six guests, $800.
Cancellations are accepted up until fourteen days prior to schedulated arrival; Cash, Checks or Paypal accepted. Pets are negotiable.
