Our beautiful 60 x 65 foot completely fenced in backyard provides you with the privacy you deserve and piece of mind knowing your pet doesn't have the option to wander off the property and has plenty of leg room to romp about. Unlike most properties in this community, ours is flat without dangerous rocks jetting out of the ground or steep slopes and is equipped with a circular 3' fire pit, hand made Guatemalan Hammock, a gas grill, table with 4 chairs, and 11 Adirondack chairs - the perfect environment for a family and friends get together for a BBQ .
Enjoy Wireless internet throughout the home and Basic Cable TV (70+ Channels). The living room features a 55 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV with a Playstation 3 which plays CDs, DVDs, Blue-ray DVDs and it has activated Netflix and Hulu Plus Accounts giving you access to thousands of movies and TV shows at the touch of a button. Video gamers rejoice because the PS3 is also loaded with a staggering amount of top notch awesome games for all ages to enjoy.!
Highland Lakes Cottage features 3 bedrooms (Bedding Provided) - 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Bunk Bed (1 Full & 1 Twin bed), and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room, 1 full bathroom, 1 Laundry Room with commercial washer and dryer - No trips to a laundry mat, and an 8 x 20 Sun Room (SMOKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THIS ROOM)., Living Room / Dining Room, and a spacious Kitchen with a Waist High Oven (no bending) Ample parking is also provided in the front yard (up to 5 cars).
Guests can gain access to any one of the 5 pristine lakes in the community (no gasoline powered boats permitted on the lakes) to enjoy life guarded swimming, fishing, and boating (guests have access to a rowboat rental on a daily basis)
Right on the corner of our block, just a 3 minute walk away, you will find a beautiful lake with baseball diamonds, basketball courts, tennis courts, jungle gym, and a concession stand with a bathroom as well. Enjoy long walks, bike rides, or a jog down winding country roads.
Is shopping your pleasure? Unlike NYC, there is no Tax on clothing in NJ and 3 Malls are close by. A huge A&P supermarket is only 5 minutes away so you will never run out of supplies.
There is plenty to do in the surrounding area as well ... $50.00 Summer Holiday Fee will be added to weekly stays - July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day. There is no Holiday Charge for those renting for 2 or more weeks during the Summer season.
