The walk to the lake is made easy with a stone walk/driveway. The lake side of the home has a patio deck and a screen porch area. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom in the upstairs loft. The lower bedrooms have the King and 2 Queen Beds. The upstairs has 3 twin beds and a sleeper sofa. This beautiful house was recently remodeled including all new appliances. There are hardwood floors throughout and ceiling fans in the living room, screened-in porch and all of the bedrooms. The open floor plan makes it easy to entertain all of your guests, and the spacious kitchen accommodates multiple people easily. Adjacent to the living room, there is a large dining table with seating for eight for both family dinners and game nights alike. An additional table for four is available for guests with parties greater than eight. Featured in the family room are several large bay windows looking out into the beautiful cove and waters of Lake Murray The quite cove is excellent for fishing and the surrounding area boasts an array of wildlife, including white tailed deer, wild turkey and various species of water fowl. There is plenty of space for parking but if you are pulling a boat please check with us so we can describe the area for getting in and out.
