Enjoy a sunrise breakfast or sunset dinners on the large deck. This house is situated on a gently sloping lot with a great swimming area. It has a covered gazebo with built in benches and electrical service. This house is located near Holland's Marina by water. Holland's Marina offers full service restaurant, gas dock, and live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights during the summer. There is a free public boat ramp about 7 miles by road, but only about ½ mile by water. Sleeping arrangements include two queen size beds, two single beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar and dining area. Both the kitchen and the den are facing the lake front and open up to a very large deck with over a two mile view. The deck includes patio furniture and a gas BBQ grill. Camp fires are allowed by the water’s edge (wood provided).
