A little over an hour north of Houston, there is a loft bedroom with king log bed upstairs, full log bed in downstairs bedroom. Vaulted ceiling, shady lot, central heat and air, ceiling fans. Deck with log railings in front, covered cement patio w/porch swing down below, along with laundry room with washer and dryer. Bath has walkin shower. Fully furnished including linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, silverware along with fridge and cook stove. There is a TV/DVD player but no cable or satellite so bring or rent your movies and enjoy tranquil peace and quiet. Access to pool, boat launch & fishing pier. Golfing, hiking nearby. Boat and jet ski rentals available. Come enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, tubing on Lake Livingston. Quaint shops in Coldspring have lots of antiques for shopping.
Prefer monthly rental but willing to do weekends or by the week. Monthly $600; weekly $300; nightly $95. At this time we do not accept credit cards or checks--cash only.
