This three bedroom, one bath cottage can be found on beautiful Chapman Lake.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full, and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Two sofas in the LR could sleep kids for a total of eight.
A washer and dryer are located right off the fully-equipped kitchen, allowing you the freedom to pack a bit lighter.
The dining and living areas are cozy and welcoming with beautiful natural light flooding the entire space.
This cottage provides the perfect combination to fully unwind.
A large TV and DVD/VCR player are next to the decorative fireplace, but step outside on the deck and you will get lost in the view of the lake.
It is the perfect way to start and finish any day. Access to Chapman Lake is right in the backyard, so feel free to bring your watercraft.
Preferred check-in: Monday 4:00pm
Preferred check-out: The following Monday at 12:00pm, but open to other arrangements.

Rates:
Weekly rate: $1,000 in-season (Memorial Day to mid-September).
Weekly rate for weeks including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day: $1,200
In-season day rate: $200/day with $50 cleaning fee for less than seven night stay.
Discounted off season rates available depending on length of stay. Contact owner for details.
Deposit:
One half rental fee plus $250 security deposit when booking, remainder of rental fee due upon arrival. Security deposit will be refunded at checkout if no damage.

We have family in Warsaw and staying at the cottage instead of a hotel gave us a chance to repay years of hospitality. We like to cook and cook we did at the cottage! From a crab cake/steak feast to chicken enchiladas, John and Holly had provided everything we needed to fix a gourmet meal or to keep it simple with burgers and dogs. The yard is a child's dream and young and old alike enjoyed the swing/slide set and the trampoline. John anticipated our needs and having told us we might want to have a fire down by the lake, we gathered down there on Saturday night and found he had everything ready for us. My favorite event happened nightly. We have watched the sun set in some very exotic places, but never more beautiful than over Chapman Lake. John and Holly, we can't give you credit for the sunset, but thanks for a wonderful week! "
