Birch Creek has been well known for its big bass that it has produced and is even more known for duck hunting that is hard to beat! The secluded property is a total of 7.2 acres of many trees. It is a perfect hunting or fishing getaway.
The guest house is an ample sized getaway built in 2009 and freshly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a huge front deck with a ceiling fan for relaxing. There is a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and also a queen air mattress for the living room. Do you have a family reunion, business trip, or a wedding coming up? Rent both houses for a very nice retreat for your friends and family. We also offer help with catering and setup upon request. Don't forget to rent a golf cart or even get two for cruising around the property and up and back to the lake with ease! Smaller duck boats or jon boats may be able to launch at the lake depending on the water level, but larger boats will have to go to a boat ramp and then park at the lake for the weekend. If you need a guide to get you closer to one of those big Lake Fork bass or a guide who knows how to get the ducks out of Birch Creek let me know as I know the best people for the job. Also, I have a guide for catfish and crappie that can put more fish in the boat than anyone I have ever seen! For reservations give me a call. All you need for a great time on Lake Fork. This guest house is fully furnished with all linens, dishes, and utensils, a charcoal grill, washer and dryer, microwave, stove and oven, heat and a/c, and a refrigerator.

fishing and hunting, boating and even First Mondays at Canton is just a short drive.
Rates:
The guest house is available for $95/nt plus tax for up to 2 ppl. (major tournaments excluded.) Each additional person is $10/nt. A deposit of 50% will be collected via credit card over the phone to 214 727 8179. NO REFUNDS, but I do offer free rescheduling for ANY REASON!! A golf cart rental is highly recommended and will be only $50 for your entire stay. A cleaning fee of $50 is required during the offseason special.
