Home is completely furnished with 3 bedrooms (queen size bed) 1 bath, living room, dining room,a complete kitchen, extra dining area and sitting room on the main floor. Finished walkout basement has a large master bedroom (king size bed and a sleeper sofa) with fireplace, master bath, living area (futon) with fireplace, large walk in closet and a patio area overlooking the lake. 2 decks, one off the kitchen and the 2nd off the sitting room, both with views of the lake. Private steps down to the seawall (dock) where you can keep your boat, fenced in yard.
This home is in a residential area. Max. of 12 people per stay, 8 adults and 4 children.
Completely furnished home and kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, gas grill, Central Air, TV with DVD player on each floor and air hockey game. 2 car attached garage. Fenced in yard.
Activities:
Raccoon Lake State Park offers a variety of fun activities throughout the year, boat rentals available close by, plenty of fish to catch, restaurants nearby if you don't feel like grilling out on the deck, Turkey Run State Park is approx. 25 miles away, plenty to keep you busy.

$1,500/week + tax, May 1 through Oct. 1 EXCEPT for below dates...
$1,750/week + tax, Month of July and Labor Day
$240/night + tax, Covered Bridge Festival, 3 night minimum.
$195/night + tax, Oct. 22 - April 30, 3 day minimum
RESERVATION POLICY
A deposit guarantees your cabin and requested dates at the expense of turning others away. Therefore, a $400.00 deposit is required, payable within 10 days. If there is no cancellation, the $400.00 deposit will go towards the damage deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits will be refunded (less a $50.00 administration fee) if notice is given 60 days prior to arrival. *Otherwise, the entire deposit is nonrefundable.
CHECK IN/OUT POLICY
Check-in time 5:00 p.m. Check-out time 10:00 a.m.
