The house is located on Lake Badin. Lake Badin is a 5350 acre lake that is an outstanding resource for fishing, boating, swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, swimming and just relaxing on the water.

This house rents for $1200 per week peak season and $800 off season. Daily off season rentals are available. Rates are $170 to $200 a night. Some Weekends are available peak season with a 3 night minimum at a rate of $225 per night. Holiday weeks are $1,500 per week or $250 per night with a three night minimum. All rentals require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. Total due 30 days prior to your stay.
