This cabin is within walking distance of Netterville Landing/General Store, and has two bedrooms, one bath, and two sleeper sofas. You can bring your own DVD's or enjoy limited channels on a flat screen DVD/TV combo.
The cabin has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area all facing the lake. There is also a screened porch great for morning coffee.
You have your own lighted pier great for fishing, swimming or boating. The dock also has water, electricity and a sink area great for cleaning your catch. FREE launching at Netterville Landing for guests.
Lighted pier, fish cleaning area, charcoal grill, microwave, dishwaher, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, linens provided. May need towels for pier.
DVD/TV combo, bring your own DVD's.
Activities:
Located on great part of Lake Bruin, deep water, great fishing, boating, skiing and swimming area. A short distance from Lake Bruin Golf & Country Club, walking distance to Netterville Landing/General Store. Several large wildlife refuges are located within the area, Big Lake, Buckhorn and the Tensas National Wildlife Refuge.
Rates:
Weekend 3 days, 2 nights $450 + $50 clean up fee = $500, each additional night $125.
Holiday weekends 3 night min.
Weekdays (2 night minimum) $350 each additional night $125
Special Monthly rates during off season "hunter specials" call for rate.
