This is a waterfront house at Nolin Lake, between Wax and Iberia. The house sits on one wooded acre with a short path to the lake. Two bedrooms (queen and full beds) and a full bath are upstairs with kitchen, family room with sleeper sofa, fireplace, and a screened-in upper deck. The downstairs has an additional sleeping area with bunk beds, a laundry room (washer and dryer), and a second family room with a large sectional, fireplace, and TV. There are large windows on both levels giving you a view of the woods and lake. Kids' games, Wii system, toys, and an ESPN basketball game are in the lower level. Lower level opens to a deck which leads to a campfire area and path to lake. The wooded lot has swing, hammock, picnic table, two fire pit areas, and an outdoor grilling area.
This is a very peaceful setting and a great place to get away, alone or with family. Well behaved pets are welcome. Fishing is good all year.
Bring your jet skis or boat. Nolin Lake Estates boat ramp is just around the corner and Wax Marina is close by with boats available for rent.
If you're looking for a nice place for fishing, boating, campfires, and family - this is perfect. If you're looking for a place to bring a crowd and party, please don't inquire!
The house is about an hour and half drive from Louisville, 45 minutes from Elizabethtown.

The cabin is fully furnished with dishes, linens, and towels. There is a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, pots and pans,coffee maker, etc. Three TV's with DVD players, two with satellite TV service. A Wii gaming system with games is in the basement.
Central Heat and air, two wood burning fireplaces.
All you need to bring are fishing poles, food/beverages, and watercraft.

Rental rates are $100/night Sunday - Thursday, $150/night Friday and Saturday in the off-season (Sept - May). Weekly rate is $600. Last minute discounts may be available when demand is low; email owner.
June, July, and August rates are $125/night Sunday - Thursday and $175/night Friday and Saturday. Weekly rate is $800.
There is a $100 cleaning fee which will be waived if you book 4 or more nights.
A $150 refundable damage deposit will reserve the dates and will be refunded within 5 days of your departure if no damage has occurred.
Credit card payments or personal checks are accepted.

If your looking for a place to relax with your family this is it. It is close to many activities and right on the lake. We don't even have a boat. We swam off the dock, clean water.
